It is with a heavy heart, but a sensible head that I have made the very difficult decision to close the Academy effective of Monday 23rd March until further notice. Based on the latest Covid-19 announcement, and the subsequent closure of schools; now is the time to step back and ensure that we are playing our part in helping to control the pandemic we are all facing. As a business, this will have a difficult and testing impact, but the health and wellbeing of everyone within our Academy is the most important thing at this time. We will see those children wishing to still attend our final Hip Hop classes on Saturday, and respect the decision of any parents who wish not to send their children to those classes. Everyone is facing their own uncertainties at this time, and we want to send our love and wishes to you all. We always consider ourselves a big family at Happy Feet Dance Academy.....and families stick together through the good times and the bad. We'll get through the bad, and there will be plenty more good ahead I'm sure! And your dancing doesn't have to stop at home...... * Why not choose your favourite song, and make up some choreography to it? * Post a video on our Facebook page- we would love to see your routines! * You can also show it to us when we are back in class. * Keep practicing your show routines as well....hopefully we will still be able to go ahead with this in July! All that's left for me to say is thank you to everyone for your support and patience during what has been a very difficult and emotional week, and myself, Mia, Jo and Grace hope to see you all very very soon. Stay safe. All my love, Diane x
